    and why would there be. Litigate against an American in Switzerland, waste of money, even putting aside the ridiculous foundation it would be built on anyway. Certain people at the UCI must have far bigger concerns than Flandis these days. Every leak from the FDA investigation makes them look at best incompetent and at worse corrupt.
