Vitus Alios frame advice

Hi, Just wondering if the Vitus Alios listed below is actually a 650 frame as it says in the description or infact a 700 frame? I can't seem to find info anywhere?

    Not sure about that frame but my 2008 Alios is 700c and has enough room for Crud Gaurds - It's also a very stiff frame that does transmit a lot of road buzz - although I can still ride 100 miles on it and not be in pain (helped by Castelli shorts, Max Flite saddle, Pro-Lite Bracciano Wheels and GP4000S tyres - each helped a bit but mostly the saddle and wheels). Carbon forks made very little difference
