My New FS Build

Decided to give FS a go a few months back, bought a cheap frame and bits. finally got it built up. total cost about £800 which includes buying a few bits for the Inbred to keep it on the trails too.

    Nice build but that's a whole load of spacers on the fork's steerer, and a lot of it above the stem.

    Can't be safe.

    Get an XT front mech that fits.

    Spacers are temporary, until I decide how much to trim the steerer.
    Top Swing/top pull XT Mech is supposed to fit, but doesn't :?
    I'm still waiting for an update from CRC, but I may just try a top swing top pull SRAM X9 mech.
    But £30 is alot to waste if it doesn't fit.
