caad9 bb30 tiagra upgrade

I'm switching my tiagra groupset from my caad9 bb30 over to my winter bike. What's the best value upgrade for the caad9:
leave the adapter in and fit 105
take the adapter out and:
fit centaur with bb30 cups
fit rival with sram s950 crankset - can't afford force crankset
