Partner can't join / login

Hello

My other half would like to join the forum but can't register - it's saying that his email address is invalid (it's not, it's his normal email address!) :?

There is a chance that he's registered before and just forgotten his username and / or password.... Can anyone help? I can obviously pass on his email address, correct username etc.
