17k to go and race leader Brutt has been dropped. Not much else happening, Martin attacked but didn't get anywhere.

    That was much more like the Cunego of old. Cadel went early then got blocked a bit...Cunego would still have won I think.

    Brutt still in yellow. +38 Cunego and then Evans in 3rd overall

    Still a lot of good TTers in the mix...Cadel, Pinotti, Evans, Brajkovic within a minute of the lead.

    Cunego is not down to do the Giro is he...shame as he looks in good shape. Even if he didn'nt help Scarponi he could be a good stage hunter.
