A spoiler warning: Eurosport isn't live, so don't go looking for info elsewhere or you might see the final result.

Further underlining why Team Sky pay 7 figures for his services. Value for money if ever I've seen it.

I'm planning to register my disgust by cancelling my movie package. That'll learn 'em.

I picked him for PTP but kicked myself when I took a closer look at the route, it was far too technical for him to get the speed up. I also think you need to be a very fearless rider to do well in that kind of prologue, you have to be prepared to risk it in the corners to gain that extra few seconds. I think that may be why you've got a very young podium today.

One needs to take risks in order to win races

Was never a course for wiggins, Tomas did well I thought. May feel like he could have done better but... very tough balls out all the way type of course.

Hats off tot he guy who did win it. I hope this isn't the end of the bleeding carrots :(

Don't think he touched the brakes when he took this home in style:

Never thought i'd see you bigging up Wiggo! That was a great ride, but a Giro stage and a pink jersey is worth taking a risk for, even for His Royal Skyness. Heres hoping he gets out of bed for the longer TT and brings home a good result for me in PTP!
