Hi all,

Could anyone advise of a beginners skill course in south wales - im near bridgend so pretty much in the middle between afar and cwmbran area

  I can also recommed Mountain Bike Instruction, great guys!
  
  A course in Cwmcarn would be great, plenty of good useable terrain!
