Can I link my Garmin 500 to more than one Speed/Cadence sensor? If I had one on each of my bikes?

Yes - the 500 can be linked to multiple cadence/speed sensors. You can name each one on the 500 and switch them on the unit each time you use the bike. The unit (once switched to the correct bike) will then "pick up" the sensor once it detects movement. It's really easy to do.
