    It's so dreadful seeing people cycling along normally and then the car ploughing through them all. How could someone do that & then keep their foot down to get 50m along the street through them all. Truly awful.

    I'd imagine that's jail for a long, long time. Couldn't be considered anything but attempted mass murder.

    So the answer is to just drive through people, regardless of whether it might actually kill them?

    Insane, it's just unbelievable and has to warrant a severe punishment because it's unexcusable.
