Sealed cables with Shimano STI - Goodridge ok?

I use Goodridge's sealed gear cables on the mountain bikes and they work quite well but am wanting to renew the ones on the commuter (Genesis Vapour CX, with Tiagra 9spd shifters and matching mechs) and replace with sealed.

I'm just not sure if the Goodridge ferules will fit the Tiagra levers? Shimano's gear outer seems very narrow. Any experience on this - and / or suggestions for alternatives? I've used Gore's RideOn before and not been impressed but also considering Shimano's own and the Transfil ones.

cheers in advance...

You'll probably need to use a stepped ferrule to fit the lever body - my only experience with Goodridge cables is for disc brakes on a singlespeed. My only other comment is that the outers are quite stiff and not very flexible which would make tight cable runs tricky.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
