Those 3-D barcodes

Most of us now have mobile phones that have a barcode reading feature. But I have noticed people including 3-D barcodes in their blogs, signatures and other web entries that link to their own websites.
My question is; where can I get software/find a website that will convert something like my twitter homepage address into one of these barcodes?
Before anyone says LMGTFY, I have tried. But all I seem to get is a list of barcode reading apps to download.

I think you mean 2D barcodes, but here ya go:

Set it to "QR code", and you should be set.Sometimes parts break. Sometimes you crash. Sometimes it’s your fault.0 -
