Maybe genuine, but there's a 58cm Cannondale Six Full Carbon on Birmingham Gumtree - Grey/white with white tape and 105 groupset for £450.00 and its immaculate.
Seems a little cheap - and it's also posted as ' my friend who's left the country gave it to me as a present' Nice friends, I wish i had friends that gave me 2 grand bikes!
Spread the word, or hopefully it's righful owner will be looking around to see if it surfaces
