I just wanted to thank everyone who has given me advice since I started out before Christmas, I am finally happy with my bikes, have clocked up 120 miles since Christmas, not a lot but for an unfit person great.

With the advice of overtaking standing traffic on the drivers side, which I now do, not riding in the gutter but a yard out and all the rest, my cycling is now a MOST enjoyable experience.
