Just ordered one of these for a mate... and noticed it needs a zero stack headset. I've got the specs off the Kinesis web site - but I still have no idea what I'm looking for (only used normal headsets in the past).
What headset did you use neon?

Fitted new handlebars today - Ragley Wisers - and also flipped the stem round - I think it looks a lot better now.
First proper ride comming up on Saturday at Cwmcarn - finally! can't wait to put the Green machine through it's paces.

Interesting- how does it ride? LIGHT I bet but does it beat you up at all over rocky ground or long rides?
it runs fine at 140mm, fairly slack, depends what else you run on it though, light wheels are are a must on this frame, as it begs to be hammered, its pretty comfy as far as alloy bikes go too, had mine for years, if the headangle was a few degrees slacker it would be even better though!
