Finally finished! woohoo!

Kinesis Maxlight XC 130 - Green
Rockshox Revalation (set to 140)
Formula Oro K24 Breaks
Ritchey finishing kit (Hndlebars, Stem, and Seatpost)
Charge spoon saddle
Ritchey disc ocr wheels - next upgrade
(panaracer fire xc tyres)

Cranks & Bottom Bracket are Truvativ (Wellgo MG1 pedals)
SRAM X7 rear mech & shifters, Shimano Deore front mech


(and before anyone says anything - No - It's not a green gate!)

    Not ordered exactly, but yesterday i gave in to the voices in my head (yet again :roll: ) and purchased a Joplin 4R!
    MTB's, SC Blur LTc & Cotic Soul (26" definitely aint dead!).

    Guys

    Just ordered one of these for a mate... and noticed it needs a zero stack headset. I've got the specs off the Kinesis web site - but I still have no idea what I'm looking for (only used normal headsets in the past).

    What headset did you use neon?

    yes, looking forward to some good final pix and final weight on this. I've got my beady little eye on the XC130.

    Just finished my green xc130 build on Friday :D

    Spec
    Rock Shox sector 100mm-140mm coil Uturn 9mmQR
    10 Speed SLX Gear set
    XT M775 Brakes
    Shimano MT 65 wheels
    Stem70mm On one
    Gusset slade bars cut to 700mm
    Seat post 400mm On one
    and a comfy WTB rocket seat
    weight on bathroom scales just under 27 lbs
    Been out XC riding today with forks on 120mm sweet!!!!!

    Fitted new handlebars today - Ragley Wisers - and also flipped the stem round - I think it looks a lot better now.

    First proper ride comming up on Saturday at Cwmcarn - finally! can't wait to put the Green machine through it's paces.

    I was thinking 'what if I ran 140's on this'....

    Interesting- how does it ride? LIGHT I bet but does it beat you up at all over rocky ground or long rides?

    it runs fine at 140mm, fairly slack, depends what else you run on it though, light wheels are are a must on this frame, as it begs to be hammered, its pretty comfy as far as alloy bikes go too, had mine for years, if the headangle was a few degrees slacker it would be even better though!
