FSA K-Force Handlebar
FSA OS115 Stem
FSA Orbit carbon headset
Bontrager carbon spacers (new)

    Very nice... 8)
Find your limits...and then exceed them frequently
  • What a beautiful bike! The colour scheme goes together so well with the carbon and the red. Very jealous.
  • Thank you :-)

The saddle was a very lucky find as its as near as an exact colour match as could be!
  • I think you need a spirit level. And do you see those thumb washers on your valves, well you do not need them with deepish rims like yours.
  • Yes I appreciate the saddle angle is somewhat creative! Shear lack of enthusiasm to adjust it on my part!
The lack of need for the washers I was't aware of, I do prefer to use them as it stops the valves rattling!

I know some people don't use them but I've punctured at the valve a few times while pushing the end of a track pump on. They stop the valve going in towards the tyre.

  • Hi Adam

did you buy the frame new or did you buy it as a complete bike.

And they stop the valves rattling on my Reynolds rims.

As a 'bike' it's very nice, as a 'self build' it's beautiful, well thought out components and colour scheme, must be well chuffed with it :)
  • Thanks guys!
I am chuffed, its come together well!

Just need it to dry up a bit so I can take it out!

  • Nice but what is High Monoque carbon?
  • Sorry should be Monocoque not high-Monocoque, thats a typo!

It basically means the frame isn't built with lugs etc but is one carbon structure
