Just started this mtb malarky and bought this at the start of the year, its ..... and I kid you not my first bike I have ever owned.
Tried a few at Edinburgh bikes and this felt the best and for the money I really couldnt complain.
Only really been on cycle tracks, parks and back and forth on local farm roads but sure she will be fine on trails at Glentress etc once I get used to it.

Nice bike my friend. I was very tempted by this same bike when i was buying a bike last year.

Very nice bike you've got there. I think you've got yourself a fantastic first bike! New pedals and grips are what I would have recommended.
Get yourself over to Glentress if you're near Edinburger, If you're a little skethchy, the blue route is ideal - nothing technical, but once you've got the hang of it, you can fly round it.
The only thing I would change would be to lose the big chain ring and get a white bash guard on there, but, you need to learn whether you want it or not first.

It only looks like a mortar strike, high winds it did a wizard of oz and blew away...... Only mine no others....... Pah! Wasn't amused I can tell ya, hate that bl@@dy shed

Got these today, used V8's and new grips, fitted em and loving the look. Too dark to road test so roll on the weekend to try it out.
