    sounds good mate, mostly ride on my own but this weather is killing my will 2 ride regulally. I think its about time this old dog stoped making excuses and got a bit fitter :twisted:

    yes we are, tuesday nights at 7 sharp, make sure you have some decent lights though
    go flat out or fall out!
