Re-frame Carrera vengeance ultimate?

Went out to Gisburn today with a mate of mine and he really struggled on technical parts of the red route due to the size of the bike which I was pretty sure would be too big for him with it being an 18" frame.

Anyway he wants to re-frame it and has picked up a brand new da bomb cr8 15.5" frame for £40 which seems a bargain!

Can anyone see any issues with transferring everything off the ultimate on to the new frame? I.e forks, crank, etc?

Or would we be better off with another frame?

Headset style, headtube length (is it long enough to accept his forks?), seatpost/front mech diameter, has it cable stops to run a front mech? BB style, pretty sure they have a BMX style bb shell so will need a conversion kit.

If you are not struggling at Gisburn you are not riding fast enough!
That first section through the trees make me scream. bars were too wide to fit between two trees and was going too fast to stop (fancy flick and twist got them through, but still AAAAAAA!!!!)
Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?

Well after considering some options my mate decided to buy another bike cheap for parts... seems a proper bargain with this kit on it:

Carrera Fury 16" frame (white) - current model
    Afterburner Crank set
    Hallo Freedom Wheels
    Hope 2 hubs
X9 levers, front and rear mechs
    X0 cassette
    thomson elite seat post
    outland d31 eight bars
    55r bomber forks
    Outland fsa steering hub
    SPD pedals
    E thirteen bash guard
    Hope seat post clamp
    Outland grips / locking rings

... that should do the job

For pretty much anything but mainly at what we are aiming for which is red / black route stuff.

Well originally we were going to put stuff from the ultimate on to this frame but suspect other than the brakes (there are none) it should be fine as it is ...

So will break the Ultimate for spares and sell off.
