Motivational music.

Hi, I don't really want to start a debate on using your I-pod MP3 whilst cycling as some people do and some people don't I'm not after opening that can o worms.

I want to know if you use music to motivate your training what you are listening to, do you find that mixes for running work ie "running trax 2" ? Do you find that a higher bpm on tracks help to push you along?
