bolt for frame

hi i have a 1997 trek zx7000 and it has a built in hanger and i have a xt rear derailleur but i have lost the bolt that goes through the (12mm) hole in the frame and then you screw the derailleur to that could some one please help as i cant find anything anywhere

    could you please provide pictures.

    the frame should have a 10X1mm hole for the mech to screw onto.

    the mech should have a mounting bolt that is part of it that will screw into the frame. there are no 12mm fittings.

    maybe you are looking for a breakaway bolt? still not 12mm though.

    Think their on about the bolt that holds the hanger to the frame, pretty sure its a middle / outer chainring nut & bolt thats used. A pic would help tho.

    that is an granny ring bolt and single ring outer bit.

    the
    built in hanger
    seems to indicate no replaceable hanger.
