I've been riding in sherwood for a few years now and I think I go relatively fast but I'm not sure I plan to time myself this weekend and was just wondering what would be a good fast time?

Just ride.

  Don't know, but there are quite a few guys here who ride Sherwood Pines who may be able to help you, or even ride with you.
