Anyone know of any good instructional videos for fitting no tubes tape, tyres, sealent etc?

Was going to ask the local shop to do it, but im thinking what the hell, live dangerously lmao

    Scroll down to yellow tape.

    Make sure you get a bit of scourer pad and rough the rim before putting the tape on.

    He goes through the motions pretty quick on the video so you may have to rewind.

    Get yourself a small needle file for the valve hole like on the vid, dont ty and bodge it like I did :lol:

    Once the tape is on put a tyre on and tube in and leave it inflated for as long as you can, over night if poss to compress the tape onto the rim.
