187cm height
89cm inside leg


56cm frame?

  Go onto the Ribble bike builder, select any bike, and there's a link on the build page to frame geometry. You can work out what you need off that.

  Dimensions you gave let you set a seat height - NOTHING else!!!!
  
  Get yourself measured properly and then you will know your frame size
