Changing a spring on Fox Vanilla R's?

I got a set of Fox Vanilla R 2009 from a guy on here but don't have the instructions.

I've got the medium and hard springs with the forks and want to put the medium one in.

Has anyone ever changed a coil that could offer advice?

Never had fox forks before but have serviced my old Tora's myself.
