Last year i purchased a scott spark 35 which has a dt swiss m210 rear shock. today i tried to put some more air in to increase the compression on the shock but i didn't connect the pump properly and some of the air came out. now no matter how much air i put into it it is still soft. The book recommends 150psi for my weight but i have put in up to 250psi and i still have more than 5mm of sag. can anyone suggest what i might have done wrong as the suspension was much harder before.

would really appreciate any ideas people might have
