Has anyone attended an "Intensive Cycle Maintenance Course" from Edinburgh Bike Co-op?

I'm thinking of booking myself on one of the courses in mid-Jan at the Manchester store and was wondering if anyone had any feedback after going themselves?

    Its a course I've been wanting to do for ages. I have a friend who did the course last year. He thought it was excellent and now feels confident to do whatever he needs to sort out his maintainence needs.
