I would like to raise the handle bar on my bike(dropped bars) i have no spacers left do i have to buy new forks or is there some thing i can buy to do the job?

if your current stem drops the bars, you can flip it to raise them a bit
otherwise get a stem with extra rise
for instance, on one of my bikes i've got one of these flipped to give a few cm rise...

1/ A more sticky-up stem.
2/ New forks with a longer steerer.
3/ A stem extender like one of these:
