You can buy a M5 Helicoil thread repair kit on ebay for £15.
It would give you a permanent solution and the thread would be stronger than original.0 -
i had forks, bosses imperial size, lbs tapped them to metric, no charge, new bolts - too cheap to even remember!Bikes, saddles and stuff
