    Managed to squeeze in an hour on the Turbo this morning before I eat my own body weight this afternoon.
    Merry Christmas to all the posters on this forum and thanks to the regulars for all the insight into training methods, some of it has been put to practice, some of it I have no idea what you're on about :)
