Hi can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent manual on setting up my forks only one i can find is the one included with forks about installing. I have checked online at rockshox but nothing really jumps out at me. Thanks in advance

    If you are around 10 stone, the forks usually come with the correct amount of air pressure already inside.

    To set rebound, turn the dial on the bottom of the right fork leg until if you push the fork down and then lift it up again, the fork fully extends just after the wheel leaves the floor.

    If you sit on the bike, and the fork sags by more than 3cm, adjust the air pressure according to the chart on the lowers.
