Got my new Ribble Stealth frame delivered yesterday. Waiting on some other bits and bobs coming through before I begin the build. I'll post pics when I have something more to show you. Here's the rough spec I have to put on it.

Groupset - Ultegra with SRAM Rival brake calipers (cos they're black)
Wheels - Reynolds solitude
Seatpost - Easton EC90
Stem - Easton EA70
Bars - Cinelli alloy ones with the flat bars at the top
Bartape - black probably with red hoods
Seat - Charge Knife (black)
Tyres - black contis, can't remember what type they are

Did I forget anything?

They do in that pic, not in the flesh though.

Throughout the year the hoods will change colour. I have quote a collection :D

16.5lbs first time I've ever had a bike weighed. When you're a lard ass like me it's a bit pointless to care too much about bike weight but I'm happy with it.

    Hi dulldave

I'd be really interested in a ride report on your stealth. When they're back in stock I may well be purchasing. My only concern is that it might be too stiff an racey and not great for 100 mile rides. Any thoughts or comparisons?

    Nice!

Really like it. thinking of making my ribble sportive my winter bike and get the stealth for the summer.

Would be interested to hear from anyone who has a Ribble sportive and has got/tried a stealth to compare the ride?

    Cheers
  • Black hoods, white bar tape (I know, I know...the dirt...but it's worth it..!!) and a white saddle. This would also pick out the white wheel decals nicely.

Then sir, you would sit astride perfection itself.

But hey, it's your steed, you gotta be happy. Just can't see what else the reddish hoods go with that's all...
  • what size is this bad boy?
