Starting to snow here... Should I run higher or lower pressures for a bit of snow?

makes no difference.
tyre choice is more important."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I always run lower pressures because it gives your tyre a bigger surface area in contact with the ground which should in theory give you more grip0

Good question - depends how deep it is I guess!
Do you want to cut through it with high pressures or increase your footprint with lower pressures!
I would go for the latter
EDIT - Peter beat me to itSpecialized Rockhopper Comp 2009.0 -
I've been in situations where my Land Rover or Range Rover have come to a halt in the snow, you drop pressures by 10-15psi and off you go again, works with tractors too.
So I've always dropped the pressure, even 5psi makes a difference.
But it's always best to go out shod in the correct wellies in the first place. Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0 -
