out of the box and not touched

Disappointing thats she was porker than advertised by 227g

but that was going to change with a few mods
new carbon saddle
Dura Ace 7900 front mech
formula R1 160mm front rotor
Hope saw 140mm rear rotor
KMC X10SL chain
AFC Bike 10t jockey wheels
AFC Bike alloy pivot bolt and Carbon inner cage for the rear mech
Experimental prototypes 27t granny ring awaiting the 42t ring
alligator mini i-link cables for shifters and rear lock out
Formula R1 matchmakers
rotor bolts, brake caliper bolts and shox bolts swapped out for TI
seat mast, seat clamp, all shifter, mech and cable clamp bolts swapped out for alloy
Carbon rims were set up with yellow tape and Olympic valve for tubeless but after near misses with a burp on the front wheel Ive gone with eclipse rim strip and Olympic valve and taken the 80g !! weight hit

so she now weighs in at a more respectful 8885g

Bolts were bought from Toronto cycles for all Ti bolts ( excellent) and some of the alloy ( anodising is not the best)
Tasty nuts for most of the rest of the alloy bolts ( good)
R2-Bike these are the best bolts ive layed my hands on shame theres not a better range

Impressive, it's a nice bike for sure, but just not my thing, too racy, light, sharp angled and sketchy for me, are you actually going to ride it with that saddle height!

You'd be better off changing the cranks if you want to save weight.

by my calc theres 215g to be save my swapping out the noirs for Lighting extralight with steel BB.
Possible more with AX Lightness but no confirmed weights out.

The forks theres at least 236g to be saved by going with 2011 DT Swiss XRC 100 races.

The wheels are another place that i could save 300g if i wanted to.

I did stripped the bike and weigh everything when she turned up
