Only reason I asked is because I had a terrible experience with them.

Ordered a bottle cage as it stated same day despatch on the website, phoned up 2 days later to ask if it had been shipped - guy utterly lost his rag with me, totally unprovoked so I ended the call. I let him calm down for 5 minutes then phoned back to ask what was going on - to be told that he was refunding my money as he did not need the hassle!

I am even now absolutely stunned by his reaction......
  • A case of BCR? (Bottle cage rage).
  • I may be wrong but is this not a certain Mr Dave Hinde's latest ebay venture. If so, then its no surprise. Thewre is a reason he keeps changing his ebay shop name.
I have only two things to say to that; Bo***cks

That makes sense the BCR  was immense - I only wanted to know when it was going to ship......

Bottle Cage Rage - love it, might start chucking empty bottles at people at the top of climbs :)
  • Maybe Hinde was angry he hadn't won best customer support and that CRC and Wiggle trumped him in the recent Which? reports.

If it is Dave Hindes new venture that explains it

  • No it's nothing to do with Dave Hinde. I've had a run in with the bike-bits-uk guy before. He's totally unprofessional. I had a long running saga with him trying to order an expensive carbon Tomassini.

    He's a right tool.

Laurent Fignon was a master at chucking bottles

    Hi

I too had months of hassle trying to get my Tommasini correctly ordered and delivered some years ago. I found him rude and utterly unprofessional. Tommasini really do need to change their UK agent.

Your experience sounds like he hasnt changed at all!
