Tossers on crossers

I was up Cragg Quarry yesterday for the first time, and was really enjoying myself! when all of a sudden i heard the noise of motor crossers and five tore past me! i watched as they where spinning there wheels and tore up this superb newly laid track; this made my blood boil, and my instinct was to lob stones at them........but i did resist...........perhaps because there where five...........had there been only three then i would have had them, lol
So should i have launched a stone barrage or was i a good citizen?
