No other chump seems to be around at the mo, so I'm posting plans for tonights dinner.

Scallops cooked with bacon, chorizo and tomatoes. Served with fennel, chard, more toms and aubergine.

On the side are heritage purple potatoes, garlic and bay.

For desert I've made an Oreo cheesecake and there's cream in the fridge.

Holy carp I'm hungry!
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
