Anyone else getting crap like this? Received a PM from 'Carmen915' this week: usually I get plenty of this stuff by email but so far PM's have been pretty spam free.

Are all of these dogs off leash and running around?
I would keep my dog inside, or on leash. If their dogs are roaming free, report them.
If you feel they were in the wrong, you can always sue for the vet bills.chinabuye.com0 -
