Avid elixir cr fittings can be used with goodridge hoses?

Im planning to change my brake hose but want it as cheap as possible. I could get 2m of the goodridge hose for under £20 w/o the fittings. So i was wondering if i could use the old fittings from my avid elixir cr to use for the goodridge hose? From what I remember of fitting mine you can't reuse the old fittings easily.
Get your lbs to phone up hotlines and get the hose and appropriate fitting parts.0
