Winter rechargeable lights

Thinking about some rechargeable LED front lights for winter bike, not much more than £100.
I am thinking that generally the battery pack can be disconnected at the battery end for recharging, is this correct?? I use my winter bike for commuting in the week and training rides on Sundays so I would like the battery pack easily removeable.
Anybody got any of these, any have any thoughts on 'em...
