That book on the 100 best climbs. Some new wheels would be nice but I can't see how they would come down the chimney.

  • A new winter jacket (possibly a gore phantom windstopper)

    Waterproof over gloves

A new helmet. Current Giro is 3 years old, is actually a MTB helmet, the pads are knackered and it's had a few dents, drops and scrapes.

That would be the Sidi Vernice red. Didn't realise they did them as a bootie !

Took me a minute to work out why oven gloves would need to be waterproof, and why you thought to post that wish anyway. So I guess I'm going to wish for some new glasses...

    '09 Enigma Eclipse with SRAM.
'10 Tifosi CK7 Audax Classic with assorted bits for the wet weather
'08 Boardman Hybrid Comp for the very wet weather.

Lenser P7 torch and a Twofish cycleblock (AKA torch mount). Just waiting for that magical 'Your order has been shipped..." email from Amazon.

I should be able to stay out and play after dark then :)

Debating whether to ask myself for a Record 11 groupset or not. I think Chorus 11 would be fine tbh. But then again, there's nowt wrong with my current Chorus 10 speed!

So I'll probably just get a Cadbury's selection box.
  • Having just bought a new bike this might take a bit of doing but a Garmin Edge 500 would be nice.

    Garmin.

Would be happy with the 500, hope for the 705, would choke on my turkey if I got the 800....

And anything from Rapha. I know its sad, but their stuff is lovely. The wife got me a "barbour" style cap for a present and it is great....
  • Isnt it a bit sad to be talking about Christmas in September? Anyway for all those who want something from Rapha, they now sell soap at £7.00 + PP a bar. That may make it the cheapest item they sell which is of any use.
