Upgrading a 9 speed to 10 speed

I recently purchased through a work colleague a brand new in the box pair of ultra 10 speed 6700 shifters for a triple chainset and a medium cage ultegra rear derailleur and my question is about whether it is as simple as replacing the 9 speed cassette on my dawes galaxy at the moment or would I require a new hub due to the larger number of sprockets on the cassette, I am aware that the spacing between the sprockets is narrower on a 10 speed than a 9 speed and as such wondered about it before I start diving into buying more things other than a chain.

    Yep, 10 speed cassette and chain is all you need :D

    Have a look at SRAM cassettes, good prices and work well and SRAM or KMC chains.
