    You can't pass entries on in this way for the 3 peaks cyclocross. Check the rules.

    The rules and regulations of the race. Insurance for the race organiser is based on you being who your entry says you are. Please let's not start an argument based on the morality of lying, Tim. John Rawnsley has always asked for people who can't ride to let him know. 1. Any competitor whose signature is found missing from the signing-on
    sheet after the start will be disqualified from the race.
