Blackburn airstik pump rebuild

Hello,
Have the original version of the blackburn airstik hand pump, which now, after many years is starting to leak a bit of air on the outstroke. Has anybody had any luck in re-building or re-lubing one of these?
I know these are under lifetime warranty and have contacted blackburn (who were very helpful), but I live in NZ and they will only post a replacement inside the USA. They did point me to a local NZ distributer, who would have been happy to replace it, hower I no longer have the receipt.

Thanks for the link RichA. Thats a great price for the kit, unfortunately that company doesn't post to NZ. The re-build kits here are quite expensive.
Wondering if anyone has had any noticable improvement after using one of these re-build kits?
