    No cycling here either, went with the fiance and parents to Tintern Abbey & Caerleon, a lovely day out in the welsh countryside :)

    Did 3 laps of Healey Nab. Got some nice cuts from the pedals and the toptube (no idea :lol: ). It's amazing how tame the red routes at Grizedale and Gisburn are compared to that 1km downhill :P
