Thanks to everyone that has followed my Trans American cycle ride. After a short break in Canada I am now off again to cycle from the Canadian to the Mexican border.

    Looks like you're having a blast. it also looks like there're a lot of very loooooooong straight roads. How are you finding them? They do my nut in!

    Kansas was a killer, flat,hot,humid, headwinds and long straight roads.

    Still magical in that the UK has nothing like it, the scale of the place just has to be seen!

    Leaving Canada on the ferry in an hour and heading for more twisty up and down coastal roads.

    Variety is the spice of cycling!
