Agreed. I don't mind getting rained on, especially when it's on the way home where there is a shower, a sofa, dinner, and comfy dry clothes. The wind yesterday practically killed me though, trying to keep up the pace along Goldhawk Road.FCN - 10

Why? It's not going to be windy... and that rain sounds like the 'sudden deluge' type we've been getting lately. It's quite entertaining, and unlikely to be constant.0 -

Looked out of window? Raining constant here in SE London since 1.00pm and getting harder.
Glad I bought overshoes, rain cape and gloves.0 -

Just been one better and gone out - it's barely spitting here.0 -
I dont mind a bit of drizzle,. I do feel uneasy when its monsoon, streets awash with small ponds and submerged potholes etc.0

Because real men are unphased by rain!Food Chain number = 4

don't have a problem with rain but the new bolt of lightning has only done 80 miles, really don't want it to get wet just yet.
Public transport sucks @ss though. Decisions decisions.FCN 8/9 (I think)0 -
The biggest problem isn't the rain it's what happens to drivers when it rains. The remaining common sense disappears and it's every man for himself.Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.0 -

Actually I'm not looking forward to this.
I've got shorts, a long sleve top and a waist coat. I'll have to get a train to Liverpool street and ride back. Urgh, I'm suffering mid-week iron legs as well so wanted a slow ride home. No chance of that now...
Sigh...Food Chain number = 4
