i just bought a rockhopper comp and the brakes were making some wierd noises, some internet research showed i wasnt alone(avid juicy 3's) and a recommendation was the kevlar pads from superstar components. delivered and instaled today, bedded them in as advised, down hill, grippin to the point before the wheel locks up, about 15-20 times.

however now the front feels really spongey, do they just need more use to wear in properly? the biting point also feels further back in the level pull if that makes sense? will tat improve with use?

thanks in advance
