If you flat on these, say a 32c, can these still be ridden on to a degree like a road tub or is it basically an un-rideable stop and repair job?

Thinking of a trip down the CX route given how little action my mountain bike has seen since February and wondering if tubs were do-able from a recreational point of view when it comes to Cyclocross bikes.

When a tub goes, it's either a run to the pits for a new wheel/bike or games over - because of the low pressures, you'll be on the rim in no time. Whilst tubs are best for racing because of the generally churned up conditions and the need for grip - I generally use clinchers for training because it's repairable.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
