Just got back home today and North Wales was NOT sunny!

I'm no expert or anything but I do feel qualified to judge.

Just read a post by you on another thread and spotted this terrible lie in your avatar bit.

    I...ha ha...just switched...ho ho...the Sun Shine Machine to "WELSH ONLY".

    So, Chorley residents don't get the same deal as WE, the Chosen Ones get!

    But, the Mtn, beaches and forests make up for crap weather.

    ( PS, If you wanna join the "Club" it's £9.99 per month for English people.
    But, I can get you a discount for some sunny showers/lite winds at £5.59. )

    No arguments there!

    Far from my first visit but I'd never previously noticed how crystal clear the water is at LLandudno on the east shore.

    Even better around the Llyn Peninsular.

    So clear in Dinas Dinlle, a few yrs back couldn't see the bloody jelly fish, just their shadows on the sand. No kidding !

    My first 3 months in Bangor it rained non stop, and that is no exaggeration!

    Same thing happened to me in 95, first three months was in the mother-in-laws caravan.

    But, I've also ridden in just a short sleeve top in the middle of October, and sweaty buckets!

    Last trip to Scotland we had 13 days of rain, in August. Stopped the day we left...
    So, can happen all over the place - was scorching here this morning, 18 - 22 degrees.
